American Stroke Association- this site offers many educational resources regarding stroke.

Aphasia Recovery Connection (ARC) - Non-profit organization that offers programs and support for patients and carepartners with aphasia.

University of Michigan Aphasia Program (UMAP) - The University of Michigan offers and intensive speech-language program.  Sessions run 3-5 weeks with 25 hours of therapy each week.  Some of the therapy is individual and other is group based.
